A beast of clean air

I love the size and power of this unit for my living space. It should be all I require to have clean air in all situations. Unfortunately the unit has 2 flaws that make it less reliable than I would hope.
1/ sometimes when it is running - it just shuts off. It doesn't feel overheated and it usually has not been running more than a couple of hours when it happens. It needs to be turned off and given a minute before it will turn on again.
2/the plug in site is not very robust. A slight shift in the unit (think the cleaners rolling it around or you moving to adjust for space) and the plug will loosen and the unit again turns off.
When I am home alone and it doesn't work or shuts off, it doesn't matter - but both of these issues are when others are in my space and may or may not be properly masked. That is when I need it most and that is when I find I cannot trust it. A design change on the plug could fix the one issue - I don't know why it just shuts down so no idea of how to fix that issue.

GREAT HEPA filter

This is a single HEPA filter that gives a good number of air changes per hour in our condo. It is super simple and none of the extra electronics to break or age out over time. Just a single switch to a big fan and a filter. Perfect. (This is our second one for a second location.)

Have owned this for 4 months. I love this filter. It's sturdy and well-balanced and elegant and beautiful and perfect. Powerful enough to act as a fan on a hot summer day. The medium setting is a calm background hum. No assembly required, wheels come attached. Easy to clean.

Downsides: take some strength to get this up a staircase. maximum setting is a little loud.

Purchased two and they work so well for having others over (masked). They’re impressively quiet for their power and size. They work so well in fact that I’ve turned friends and family on to getting one as well—this is how we decrease Covid: masking and cleaner air! Thank you!

i purchased this purifier to lend it out for events in my city and it’s awesome! incredibly powerful & quiet, very sturdy. i love that it has wheels, i only wish it had some handles for easier lifting into my car (it’s heavy and awkward to hold for a weakling with short arms lol). i’m very excited to pass this thing around town and make events in olympia a lil safer!
